International Shipping information
Please note that all orders are shipped with DHL and requires a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
Taxes and duties
Orders within Europe are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are included in the final price. Hence, your order will not be subject to any additional charges. All other orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Dutch vat. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
All orders are fully traceable on DHL website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
First-Time Order Policy
For security purposes, APRIY reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
APRIY insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by APRIY.
Returns and exchanges
APRIY has a 14 days return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
Returning your purchase
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
- Fill out the returns form and include it inside the box.
- Close the box and tape it securely.
- Ship the return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Purchased items are exchangeable only into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund. Please note that if you are based outside the EU you may need to pay taxes and duties on exchanges and additional orders.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or as store credit to your APRIY online account. If the complete order is returned a refund will include APRIY shipping costs. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to APRIY within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received a written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
- Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
- We prefer that items are returned through UPS to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
Our policy above applies during the sales period with the exception that APRIY will not allow exchanges.
APRIY quality guarantee
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. If items have a have manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. Easy returns – if something doesn’t fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund.
The following payments are accepted:
Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and debit cards (Maestro and Visa Electron: please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases). Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
iDEAL allows you to to pay online through your own bank.
Paypal uses your already registered PayPal account to pay online.
